Private Infrared Sauna Cabin
Your own cedar-lined room with full spectrum infrared heat. Set your temperature, play your music, and let 45 minutes of deep heat work through your muscles. Seats one or two.
Infrared Sauna Pod
Lie back and let infrared heat surround your body while your head stays cool. All the therapeutic warmth of a sauna without the enclosed feeling.
Chromotherapy
Step into targeted light wavelengths that work below the surface. Red and near-infrared light supports collagen production and reduces inflammation, while other colors calm, energize, or restore.
